Ingredients
- 1 Squash peeled and chopped
- 2 cups Fresh Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Onion chopped
Instructions
- Begin by heating olive oil in a pot. Once warm, sauté the chopped onions until translucent.1 tbsp Olive oil, 1 tsp Salt
- Introduce the peeled and chopped squash to the pot and let it cook until slightly tender.
- Once cooked, transfer the contents to a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Return the puree to the pot, and on low heat, stir in the fresh cream.
- Season with salt and any other desired spices. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
