Rosemary and Garlic Steak
- 4 Steaks
- 2 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Start by marinating the steak with minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the steak on the grill, cooking each side for about 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for about 5 minutes to retain its juices.
- Slice against the grain and serve with your favorite side dish.
- Garnish with additional rosemary sprigs if desired.
