Garlic and Lemon Shrimp Pasta
- 200 g Shrimp
- 200 g Pasta
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lemon
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink on both sides. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and toss to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to ensure the flavors meld together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and additional lemon zest if desired. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or grated parmesan.
